eWeLL Co.,Ltd. <5038> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:31). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended December 2025 expanded to 35.9% from the previous period to 1.54 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 25.3% to 1.93 billion yen, marking the seventh consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the ninth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 21 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit grew 9.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.34 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 43.9% in the same period last year to 37.2%.
