Earnings ReportALLIED TELESIS HOLDINGS K.K. <6835> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 was 1.9% from the previous period to 3.79 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 23.7% from the previous period to 2.90 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 6 yen to 8 yen (compared to 6 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 9 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.29 billion yen, a 29.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 9.7% in the same period last year to 9.2%.
