Earnings ReportPERSOL HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <2181> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 10.4% from the same period last year, reaching 34.3 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 41.0 billion yen was 83.9%, it was below the three-year average of 91.9%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 40.4% from the same period last year, reaching 6.61 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income grew 6.5% from the same period last year, reaching 10.4 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.4% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
