Convano, Oct-Dec (3Q) Net Income Increases by 50 times, Current Fiscal Year Dividend Revised to 1 Yen

Earnings ReportConvano Inc. <6574> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) turned into a profit of 2.95 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.08 billion yen in the same period last year). Progress toward the full-year plan of 3.91 billion yen was 75.5%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to surge 5.9 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.96 billion yen.
At the same time, the company, which had previously planned no dividend for the current fiscal year, has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 1 yen (compared to no dividend before the 10-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income surged 50 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.69 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 5.0% in the same period last year to 48.2%.
