NICCA CHEMICAL CO.,LTD. <4463> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 decreased by 3.2% from the previous period to 3.84 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.2% to 4.05 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.09 billion yen, a 4.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.9% in the same period last year to 6.5%.
