SHINKO Inc. <7120> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (14:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) expanded 471 million yen, an increase 45.4% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 814 million yen was 57.9%, exceeding the three-year average of 55.8%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to decrease 6.5% from the same period last year to 343 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the ordinary profit surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 307 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 3.5% in the same period last year to 6.6%.
