RAIZNEXT Corporation <6379> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) expanded 11.5 billion yen, an increase 61.7% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 14.0 billion yen was 82.3%, also surpassing the five-year average of 66.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to drop 37.6% from the same period last year to 2.47 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 3.51 billion yen, an increase of 0.6% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 8.2% in the same period last year to 8.2%.
