Earnings ReportNihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. <261A> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on February 13th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 15.2% from the previous period to 2.50 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 2.2% from the previous period to 2.45 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 64 yen to 74 yen (compared to 68 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 74 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 20.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.52 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.3% in the same period last year to 7.7%.
