Fuva Brain Limited <3927> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on February 13th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) surged 2.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 201 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 250 million yen was 80.4%, also surpassing progress of 53.3% from the same period of the previous year.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to drop 36.4% from the same period last year to 49 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 76 million yen, remained almost flat compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 5.9% in the same period last year to 5.4%.
