SOPHIA HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <6942> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) at noon (11:30) on February 13th. The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) significantly dropped 84.6% from the same period last year to 36 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 93 million yen was 38.7%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 246.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income/loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 57 million yen (compared to a loss of 139 million yen in the same period last year).
