GMO internet group, Inc. <9449> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 12th (15:31). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 13.5% from the previous period to 52.8 billion yen. This marks the seventeenth consecutive term of revenue growth. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending December 2026.

At the same time, Final dividend of 8.1 yen for the previous fiscal year (Annual dividend is 52 yen), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 11.3 billion yen, a 4.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 15.2% in the same period last year to 17.7%.
