The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July to December) dropped 36.5% from the same period last year to 66 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 502 million yen was 13.1%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 33.0%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the January to June period (second half) is expected to surge 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 436 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (2Q), the ordinary profit grew 17.5% from the same period last year, reaching 67 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 6.1% in the same period last year to 5.6%.
