RENAISSANCE,INCORPORATED <2378> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) significantly dropped 72.7% from the same period last year to 315 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 900 million yen was 35.0%, also falling below the five-year average of 98.8%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to surge 8.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 585 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 663 million yen, a 6.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.9% in the same period last year to 5.0%.
