Earnings ReportSansei Technologies,Inc. <6357> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) expanded 3.43 billion yen, an increase 83.5% compared to the same period last year.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 13.2%, from the previous forecast of 5.30 billion yen to 6.00 billion yen (compared to 5.29 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 0.1% to 13.4%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) has been revised upward 22.4%, from the previous forecast of 3.12 billion yen to 3.82 billion yen (compared to 4.55 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 31.3% to 15.9%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 80 yen (compared to 55 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 11.7% from the same period last year, reaching 1.26 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 7.5% in the same period last year to 6.9%.
