Earnings ReportInui Global Logistics Co., Ltd. <9308> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) significantly dropped 76.9% from the same period last year to 0.91 billion yen.
However, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 92.6%, from the previous forecast of 0.59 billion yen to 1.14 billion yen (compared to 3.83 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 84.5% to 70.1%.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to increase 75.8%, from the previous forecast of 0.72 billion yen to 1.28 billion yen (compared to 1.12 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 13.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 6.79 yen to 10.13 yen (compared to 76 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.04 billion yen, a 15.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 12.2% in the same period last year to 11.9%.
