USS, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 1%, Raises Record High Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 0.4 Yen

Earnings ReportUSS Co.,Ltd. <4732> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 10.1% from the same period last year, reaching 44.4 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 1.0%, from the previous forecast of 58.1 billion yen to 58.7 billion yen (compared to 54.8 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 5.9% to 7.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for five consecutive terms.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to increase 2.1%, from the previous forecast of 29.0 billion yen to 29.6 billion yen (compared to 28.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.7% to 4.8%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 51.4 yen to 51.8 yen (compared to 43.4 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 11.7% from the same period last year, reaching 15.3 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 51.9% in the same period last year to 52.4%.
