PAPYLESS CO.,Ltd. <3641> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) turned into a profit of 330 million yen (compared to a loss of 110 million yen in the same period last year). However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 492 million yen was 67.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 77.1%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 162 million yen (compared to a loss of 173 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 85.7% from the same period last year, reaching 130 million yen. The operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -5.2% in the same period last year to -2.1%.
