KOKEN LTD. <7963> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 10th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 21.8% from the previous period to 1.22 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 5.7% from the previous period to 1.15 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 35 yen to 50 yen (compared to 35 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 35 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 33.5% from the same period last year, reaching 0.70 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 14.7% in the same period last year to 16.4%.
