Guidance Update Report

TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR LTD. <6616> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 9th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 600 million yen to 800 million yen (compared to a loss of 820 million yen in the previous period).

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 91.3%, from the previous forecast of 219 million yen to 419 million yen (compared to a loss of 889 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
