BROAD ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. <4415> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 9th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 36.5% from the previous period to 0.77 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to expand to 42.9% to 1.10 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the tenth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided not to pay the year-end lump-sum dividend, which had previously been undecided, and plans to pay a dividend of 21.16 yen this fiscal year, the first since it was listed in December 2021.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit grew 23.4% from the same period last year, reaching 0.30 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin significantly dropped from 18.8% in the same period last year to 12.1%.
