PILLAR, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward to an Unexpected 9% Increase, Dividend Revised Upward by 25 Yen

Earnings ReportPILLAR Corporation <6490> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 6.8% from the same period last year, reaching 9.33 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 21.4%, from the previous forecast of 10.3 billion yen to 12.5 billion yen (compared to 11.4 billion yen in the previous period), turning to an 8.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to increase 48.6%, from the previous forecast of 4.52 billion yen to 6.72 billion yen (compared to 5.72 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 17.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 105 yen to 130 yen (compared to 125 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 19.3% from the same period last year, reaching 3.55 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 18.5% in the same period last year to 20.7%.
