SHOWA PAXXS CORPORATION <3954> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 9th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 5.8% from the same period last year, reaching 1.41 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.54 billion yen was 91.7%, also surpassing the five-year average of 77.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 56.0% from the same period last year to 0.12 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.48 billion yen, a 7.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 7.4% in the same period last year to 6.6%.
