ASAHIPEN CORPORATION <4623> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 23.1% from the same period last year to 685 million yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 700 million yen was 97.9%, almost the same as the five-year average of 97.2%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 71.2% from the same period last year to 15 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 331 million yen, an 8.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 6.8% in the same period last year to 6.8%.
