Shinsho Corporation <8075> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 6th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 9.1% from the same period last year to 8.56 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 12.0 billion yen was 71.4%, almost the same as the five-year average of 71.1%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 46.4% from the same period last year, reaching 3.43 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 2.77 billion yen, a 15.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.2% in the same period last year to 2.2%.
