SHANON, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Turns to Profit, Exceeds Expectations

Guidance Update ReportSHANON Inc. <3976> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 (an irregular 14-month accounting period) has been revised upward from an expected loss of 10 million yen to a profit of 68 million yen, turning to a profit.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.3 times, from the previous forecast of 60 million yen to 138 million yen.
Note: Due to a change in the fiscal year ending December 2025 (14-month fiscal year), comparisons with the same period in the previous year are not provided since there is no corresponding period.
