MIKIKOGYO, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 35%, Highest in Nine Terms

Guidance Update ReportMIKIKOGYO CO.,LTD. <1718> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 34.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.90 billion yen to 2.56 billion yen (compared to 1.15 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 64.5% to 2.2 times, reaches new record high for the first time in nine terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 77.6%, from the previous forecast of 0.85 billion yen to 1.51 billion yen (compared to 0.60 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 40.0% to 2.5 times.
