Guidance Update Report

TEAC CORPORATION <6803> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on February 4th (15:00). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 4.0 times, from the previous forecast of 100 million yen to 400 million yen (compared to 81 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 23.5% to 4.9 times.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 99.3%, from the previous forecast of 302 million yen to 602 million yen (compared to 425 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 41.6% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
