Earnings ReportNISSIN FOODS HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <2897> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on February 3rd (13:15). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 10.4% from the same period last year to 39.0 billion yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 43.0 billion yen was 90.8%, also surpassing the five-year average of 84.7%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 65.3% from the same period last year to 3.96 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income grew 13.1% from the same period last year, reaching 16.4 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 9.2% in the same period last year to 10.1%.
