Guidance Update ReportYAMADA SERVICER SYNTHETIC OFFICE <4351> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 2nd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has decreased 50.8%, from the previous forecast of 195 million yen to 96 million yen (compared to 106 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 9.4% decrease in profit.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 31.1%, from the previous forecast of 318 million yen to 219 million yen (compared to 6 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 53 times to 37 times.
