KH Neochem Co.,Ltd. <4189> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on January 30th (15:50). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has decreased 23.0%, from the previous forecast of 13.9 billion yen to 10.7 billion yen (compared to 12.0 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 11.2% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 39.3%, from the previous forecast of 8.14 billion yen to 4.94 billion yen (compared to 7.37 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 33.0% decrease in profit.
