AIRMAN CORPORATION <6364> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on January 30th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 10.7% from the same period last year, reaching 6.25 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 7.00 billion yen was 89.3%, also surpassing the five-year average of 72.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to drop 39.7% from the same period last year to 0.74 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 15.5% from the same period last year, reaching 2.59 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 10.7% in the same period last year to 14.9%.
