SUZUKI CO.,LTD. <6785> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on January 27th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2026 has been revised upward 11.8%, from the previous forecast of 4.44 billion yen to 4.96 billion yen (compared to 4.20 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 5.7% to 18.1%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 44 yen to 45 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 44 yen to 50 yen. The annual dividend will be 95 yen (compared to 85 yen in the previous period).
