Material Group Inc. <156A> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2026 (September to November) expanded 323 million yen, an increase 32.9% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending February (first half) of 499 million yen was 64.7%, almost the same as the same period of the previous year of 62.8%.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (1Q), the operating profit margin rose from 14.8% in the same period last year to 16.1%.
