TEMONA.inc. <3985> [TSE Std] announced a previously undisclosed earnings forecast after the market closed on January 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2026 is expected to drop by 68.0% from the previous period to 49 million yen.

At the same time, the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026 (October 2025 to March 2026) is expected to will turn into a deficit of loss of 29 million yen (compared to a profit of 90 million yen in the same period last year).
