RIDE ON EXPRESS HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. <6082> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 19th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 62.1%, from the previous forecast of 0.77 billion yen to 1.25 billion yen (compared to 0.72 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.4% to 74.1%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 82.9%, from the previous forecast of 0.58 billion yen to 1.06 billion yen (compared to 0.75 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 41.1% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
