Earnings ReportGENERATION PASS CO.,LTD <3195> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 15th (16:10). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended October 2025 increased by 8.1 times that of the previous period to 178 million yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 34.8% to 240 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided not to pay the year-end lump-sum dividend, which had previously been undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 58 million yen (compared to a loss of 42 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit margin worsened from 1.1% in the same period last year to 0.2%.
