One REIT,Inc. <3290> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 15th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 1.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.80 billion yen to 1.83 billion yen (compared to 2.48 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 27.2% to 26.1%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2220 yen to 2255 yen (compared to 8329 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
