System D Inc. <3804> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended October 2025 increased by 13.6% from the previous period to 0.94 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 8.8% to 1.02 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 27 yen to 28 yen (compared to 24 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 32 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.24 billion yen, a 21.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 22.8% in the same period last year to 19.0%.
