UMENOHANA GROUP CO.,LTD. <7604> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on December 15th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2026 (May to October) expanded to a loss of 252 million yen (compared to a loss of 223 million yen in the same period last year), further increasing the deficit beyond the forecast of a loss of 101 million yen.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the November to April period (second half) is expected to grow 29.3% from the same period last year, reaching 790 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (2Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 160 million yen (compared to a loss of 225 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -2.6% in the same period last year to -1.6%.
