Booking Resort Co.,Ltd. <324A> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 12th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2026 (May to October) increased 10.9% from the same period last year, reaching 417 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 549 million yen was 76.0%, almost the same as the same period of the previous year of 75.8%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the November to April period (second half) is expected to grow 10.0% from the same period last year, reaching 132 million yen.
