SPACE CO.,LTD. <9622> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 7.3%, from the previous forecast of 4.12 billion yen to 4.42 billion yen (compared to 3.53 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 16.6% to 25.1%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in twenty five years.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 20.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.43 billion yen to 1.73 billion yen (compared to 1.25 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 14.4% to 38.4%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 70 yen (compared to 54 yen in the previous period).
