Guidance Update ReportNISSEN INC. <6543> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 2.3 times, from the previous forecast of 0.47 billion yen to 1.06 billion yen (compared to 0.41 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 14.6% to 2.6 times. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in nine years.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 3.6 times, from the previous forecast of 0.22 billion yen to 0.81 billion yen (compared to 0.25 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 3.3 times increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 29 yen to 32 yen (compared to 27 yen in the previous period).
