Guidance Update Report

Heartseed Inc. <219A> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 11th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 (an irregular 14-month accounting period) has been revised upward 2.5 times, from the previous forecast of 130 million yen to 328 million yen.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to December period (second half) ordinary loss has been revised upward from an expected 715 million yen to a 517 million yen, indicating a reduction in the loss margin.
