TOYO DRILUBE CO.,LTD <4976> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:45). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July to September) decreased 11.9% from the same period last year to 223 million yen. However, Progress toward the plan for the six months ending December (first half) of 430 million yen was 51.9%, also surpassing the five-year average of 41.9%.

At the same time, due to a planned 3-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for December 31, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 100 yen to 66.7 yen (equivalent to 100.1 yen before the forward stock split) This effectively represents a 0.1% increase in the annual dividend.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (1Q), the operating profit margin decreased from 16.3% in the same period last year to 13.9%.
