b-style holdings,Inc. <302A> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) significantly dropped 51.3% from the same period last year to 39 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 32 million yen is 121.9%, already exceeding the target and also exceeding the same period of the previous year of 41.0%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income/loss for the October to March period (second half) is expected to turn into a loss of 7 million yen (compared to a profit of 115 million yen in the same period last year).
