Earnings Reporthalmek holdings Co.,Ltd. <7119> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) expanded 436 million yen, an increase 62.1% compared to the same period last year. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 900 million yen was 48.4%, also falling below the four-year average of 51.6%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to expand 31.1% from the same period last year, reaching 464 million yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of 31 million yen (compared to a loss of 140 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -2.5% in the same period last year to 0.8%.
