Atrae, Inc. <6194> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 13th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended September 2025 increased by 17.4% from the previous period consolidated to 1.81 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending September 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to drop by 41.9% from the previous period to 1.05 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 33 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 0.48 billion yen, an 11.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 22.7% in the same period last year to 25.8%.

Note: Since the fiscal year ending September 2025, the company has transitioned to non-consolidated financial statements.
