TAIYO BUSSAN KAISHA,LTD. <9941> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 12th (16:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has decreased 31.9%, from the previous forecast of 254 million yen to 173 million yen (compared to 202 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 14.4% decrease in profit.
