MASARU, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 46%, Highest in Five Terms, Dividend Revised Upward by 55 Yen

Guidance Update ReportMASARU CORPORATION <1795> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on November 12th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 46.2%, from the previous forecast of 450 million yen to 658 million yen (compared to 421 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.9% to 56.3%, reaches new record high for the first time in five terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 12 times, from the previous forecast of 19 million yen to 227 million yen (compared to 14 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 35.7% to 16 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 105 yen to 160 yen (compared to 125 yen in the previous period).
