HouseFreedom Co.,Ltd. <8996> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 10th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) increased 20.9% from the same period last year, reaching 226 million yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 800 million yen was 28.3%, also falling below the five-year average of 57.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to decrease 1.2% from the same period last year to 574 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 84.1% from the same period last year, reaching 127 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.8% in the same period last year to 4.5%.
